Managing Your Stress
The word stress was a term originally used in physics to describe the strength of materials such as spring or rubber when it pulls or extends. However, the word stress in clinical use continuously became popular.
In medicine, stress is the condition that results when person-environment transactions lead the individual to perceive a discrepancy, whether real or not, between the demands of a situation and the resources of the person's biological, psychological or social systems.
Stress is the disruption of homeostasis through physical or psychological stimuli. Stressful stimuli can be mental, physiological, anatomical, or physical reactions. The physiological definition of the term 'stress' was created by an Austro-Canadian doctor Hans Selye in 1936.
Our body could be divided into three parts according to our studies—physical, spiritual, and psychological or imaginable body.
When any of these three becomes distorted or deteriorated due to bacteria, toxic elements, stress disorder, negative energy, atmospheric deformation, and malnutrition, then we will experience the sign of illness.
If the illness is caused by bacteria, then, we need an antibacterial medicine or something that can suppress and eradicate them.
If the disease seems to be caused by the negative energy, then the PYRO-ENERGEN treatment is very effective.
If the illness is caused by stress, or spiritual or psychological, then you need to rest. Most patients suffering from psychological stress have difficulties in treating, because they do not or cannot agree with the answer we give. Let's take a case of my younger brother who was suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. We insisted him to use PYRO-ENERGEN and rest in our vacation house in Kyoto for a week or two. He did as we instructed, and the result was good as we expected. He returned to his work, and again, CFS seemed to be reappearing. He had been using PYRO-ENERGEN but his chronic fatigue syndrome did not disappear at all. We, again, suggested resigning from his work. So he moved his residence to the Yodo Riverside Park where he can smell cherry trees, river water, and breathe fresh air in the middle of the Osaka business district. He is now fine at the age of 66. Therefore, diagnoses of my brother indicate stress.
Stress creates even gallstones in gallbladder. Stress is just like fatty food. It creates toxins in the body, and stressed mind attracts the negative energy. People of rural areas may live in poverty compared to industrialized cities, and yet, their unstressed living is sufficient to meet their daily needs and expectations.
Do you believe that stress is one of major reasons for cancer as well as simple common cold and influenza?
Where does stress come from? Is it a silly question? Probably, it is. We believe that it maybe because of money problem, school study problem, physical body pains, lack of sleep, unemployment, social problems, family problems, and many other daily living conditions. Yes, they are the source of stress.
It is because you are searching for lucky life with wealth. Throw it all, and search for a simple happy living. Then, you can eradicate mountains of stress at once. Yes, it's a hard decision. I myself had difficulties to throw my desires, but I am trying to throw it little by little searching for a happy living.
