Can You Control a Baby's Gender?
About five years ago, I heard that an expectant mother's diet may affect baby's sex. Since then, lots of news about it is coming to my attention.
When I was young in the 1960's, old folks in Japan told me that sex before 7 days of menstruation gives birth to a boy, and sex after 7 days of menstruation gives birth to a girl. For me, I believed this legendary story, and as I expected, I have now grown two boys and a girl.
Although this is not proven clinically, many of us do it and we get the right result. Why don't you do it? Anyway, you won't lose anything.
According to a recent research, women who eat more are likely to conceive boys. Higher calorie intake during the time of conception may have a probability of 55% boy and 45% girl. Women who had boys were probably eating more quantity of nutrients such as potassium, calcium, various vitamins, and fatty foods.
Apparently, women who consumed fewer diets were more likely to give birth to girls.
Whatever these statements are, I recommend that you take more millet diet. During the 1930's–1950's, there was a food shortage in Japan. Our daily food consists of only millet. Today, scientific studies show that millet is similar to vegetable meat that has complete nutrients in it.
Doctors recommend eating more millet instead of rice and animal meat. Eating millet can also avoid metabolic syndrome.
Now, do you know that children born during those hard years are healthier than today's offsprings? Not only that, children eating millet showed more talents, just like we are, hahaha. You should not mind whether your children are boys or girls, as long as they are healthy and talented, shouldn't you?
